Tony was sitting in a right turn lane at the bottom of a hill. He was the second car from the intersection. The guy in front of him was in a truck with a cherry picker. Tony suddenly realized the truck was backing up. Into him! The driver had decided he wanted to back to a store up the hill and looked in his mirror. All he saw was a car up the hill. His insurance company paid the $1300 it too to fix the fender.
